Ceiling Tile in More Progress

This is my ceiling tile. So far I've just about finished the background and I'll start drawing the Eiffel Tower. I like the transition of purple to gray and the yellow to orange to pinkish red. Once I put more orange in I think it'll look more like a sunrise. It's in progress!

Ceiling Tile In Progress

This is my ceiling tile in progress. I'm making a sunrise background right now. Once I finish that I'll draw on the Eiffel Tower and my name. I'm excited about how it's turned out so far and I'm excited to put down the orange.

Texture Painting Finished

This is my finished texture painting. I'm extremely happy to be finished with it because the vines took forever to draw, texture, and paint. I think it turned out pretty well. I'm excited to start my ceiling tile now, and even more excited to be finished with this project.

Texture Painting In More Progress

This is my texture painting in more progress. I've finished gluing the toilet paper on and I painted over it so now I have to wait to paint it. I still haven't decided what colors I'm going to use yet but I was thinking cool colors on the outside for the vines and leaves. I'm excited to see how it turns out, because so far so good.

Texture Painting - In Progress

This is my texture painting in progress. I've started putting the toilet paper on and I've finished the elephant. It's taking a long time to finish but I think in the end it will look really good. Once I finish the glue I have to decide what colors to use. I'm thinking cool colors for the vines and background, like light green and light purple. We'll see how it turns out!

Texture Painting In Progress

This is my texture acrylic painting in progress. It's two elephants in the middle and leaves/vines around it in a nice pattern. Right now I'm adding the glued stuff on top of it. This gives it texture, which I will then paint over top of. I'm making the elephants pop out more than the design on the outside. I hope it turns out as well as it did when I finished drawing it all.

Acrylic Color Brick Finished

This is my color brick/wheel/acrylic thing that I don't know the technical name of. It was pretty boring to do and time consuming. I personally am not a fan of color wheels or brick or whatever this thing is. It was just boring to do and pretty anti-climatic to paint. It was just necessary to see all the colors mixed for when we start our ceiling tiles. The hardest part was doing this neatly which I don't think I succeeded in doing. It's finished though!
